Our staff are trained extensively and also are certified in pet First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross.

Joanna - Manager

Joanna started as pack leader with us back in 2007 and since then has graduated from Academy of Dog Grooming Arts. She has been our groomer and is now the front office manager. She has two dogs; Captain, a terrier mix, and Vespa the Chinese Crested who can always be seen frolicking around the front office.

Sabrina - Hotel Manager

Sabrina has been with us since 2009, and formerly worked at a veterinary hospital for over a year. She has years of knowledge of animal medicine, health and behavior. She works hard to make sure everyone is happy and healthy. She owns one dog, Darwin, a Rottweiler mix.

Dan - Assistant Manager

Dan started up with us in 2005 and has played with just about every dog that has come through here! His dog Mitch is a feisty schnauzer who can be found lounging in the front office from time to time, when he is not busy stealing sandwiches!

Seth - Assistant Manager

Seth has been with us for a year, and assists the front office along with making sure our daycare and hotel guests are safe and secure. He owns three dogs; Bentley, a long-haired Chihuahua, Chado, a terrier mix and Lexi, a long-haired Chihuahua.

Becky - Groomer

Becky has been with us for a year and has graduated from Penn Foster in Dog Grooming Arts in 2010. She owns two dogs; Hamper a collie mix, and Sweetheart a bichon mix. She often sneaks back into the daycare to cuddle with all the dogs!

Lisa - Pack Leader

Lisa has been with us since 2008 is currently attending college but comes to us during holidays and breaks! She owns one dog, a schnoodle named Max.

Caitlin - Pack Leader

Caitlin had been with us since 2007 and works summers and holidays. She is currently attending Cosmetology School close by, so she will be here to make sure all the dogs are cuddled and played with! She owns one dog, a chocolate lab named Molly.

Maggie - Pack Leader

Maggie just started with us recently, and loves to play in the pools with the dogs! She also makes sure the little ones get held as much as possible. She owns one dog, a husky named Vicious.

Andrew - Pack Leader

Andrew just started with us recently and attends Oakton Community College. He enjoys getting down and dirty with the dogs. He makes sure everyone is tired at the end of the day. He owns one dog, a Catahoula mix named Rew.

Laura - Pack Leader

Laura just started with us recently and attends Glenbrook North High School. She loves to play ball with the dogs and keeps them busy all day long so they go home tired and happy.
